Welcome to the Association of Caving Instructors (ACI) web site!
ACI is the representative body of professional caving instructors in the United Kingdom.
All full members hold the Cave Instructor Certificate (CIC) and are accredited by the British Caving Association to lead, instruct, and advise on all aspects of caving and potholing.
Some hold additional endorsements for the exploration of abandoned mines.
All are highly experienced, active cavers, and work to a Code of Professional Conduct.
